How we work

How fixed-scope delivery works

We scope B2B web apps, portals, internal tools, mobile apps and AI systems as fixed-price milestones—not open-ended retainers. You get weekly demos, documented handoff and code you own from day one.

Phases from scope lock to handoff

Discovery maps workflows, data, risks and constraints and ends in a written scope. Build runs in milestone slices with demos you can accept or reject. Handoff includes the repo, infrastructure-as-code, runbooks and credential transfer.

What every scope defines

Deliverables, acceptance criteria, dependencies, exclusions, milestones and ownership—written before development begins, so finance and ops buyers know what ships and when.

Weekly demo cadence

Stakeholders see working software every week, not slide decks, so drift surfaces early and go/no-go decisions stay evidence-based.

Change control without scope creep

In-scope work ships inside the agreement. New workflows or integrations become priced change orders with their timeline impact stated before work starts—so fixed scope stays fixed.

Milestone payments

You pay per milestone after a working demo is accepted, not for hours logged. If a milestone slips we pause, reassess and re-scope in writing—no surprise invoices.

Code ownership and exit package

You own the repository, credentials and deployment pipeline from the first milestone. The exit package is designed so an in-house or successor team can operate without us on retainer; paid support is optional.

Price

Fixed-scope builds start from $12k. We quote a band after a short discovery call, then lock scope before build starts.
